Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced React developer to build and maintain high-quality web applications for our clients. You will turn designs into fast, accessible interfaces and help shape the front-end architecture of platforms used every day by customers, staff and partners.
You will work closely with back-end developers, designers and project managers, review code, and mentor junior developers as our engineering team grows.
Responsibilities:
- Build user-facing features with React.js and TypeScript
- Create reusable components and front-end libraries
- Improve application speed and performance
- Work with back-end developers and designers on new features
- Review code and mentor junior developers
- Take part in architecture decisions and technical planning
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with React.js
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
- Experience with state management such as Redux or Zustand
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with build tools such as Webpack or Vite
- Testing experience with Jest or React Testing Library
- Nice to have: Next.js, server-side rendering, CI/CD and open-source work
